I can't connect the 602T and MacBook

itunes11.0.5
ADM version 2.2.2.R8S1
iTunes server 1.0.3.r131

for some time past, there is no connection between Macbook and 602T (AFP, itunes library)

i try format my macbook and initialized 602T, but Same symptoms is still sppear.

AFP is not access , library is not visible (i can't see 602T library button on my macbook itunes)

AFP access error message displayed "There was a problem connecting to the server".

What is the problem?

waht something should i try to check ??

Hi toprk!
It will need to investigate what happen on both Mac, and NAS while you encounter the connection problem

a) Mac
Launch \Application\Utilities\Console in Mac.
Input afp to filter the event log

b) NAS.
Check the file connection , and online user if this is setup the connection between NAS, and Mac
Go to System Information\DR> ASUSTOR to generate the health record.

c) In Mac, please try if the other connection also have the problem
1. Open \Application\Utilities\terminal
ping IP_of_NAS to see if it can ping the NAS

2. cmd+K , then input smb://IP_of_NAS to check if CIFS/SMB connection can be used during this moment.

problem is dual LAN!!
