Got a crash the other day

I plugged an Xbox 360 charge and play controller into the usb port on the front and it rebooted - unfortunately theres no mention of the reason in the /var/log/messages file which just shows the reboot onwards, not the cause.

I was just trying to charge it and there was a usb port - I guess it tried to do something with it and couldnt.

Its an AS608T on latest software.
