Fast blinking hd leds after starting up

Last week I purchased a 604 after encountering a crash disaster with another nas. The 604 has the latest firmware and contains 4 wd 3Tb Red Nas drives. I have to copy about 6Tb data back to the 604.
When starting up the 604 the hd leds of the four drives are blinking very fast. When this occurs the content of internal disks or external disks is not visible, nor can I copy data. When this led blinking stops, about 30 minutes after starting up, I can use the 604. While copying I get often a script error. Question now is what is going on here. The information in the System info, Disk Manager and log show nothing special. I hope this issue can be solved right away. If not I will return the 604 to my supplier.

1. Please generate a health record of your NAS.
You can find it at System Information--> Dr.ASUSTOR, and click "Export Health Record" button.
2. Please provide a snapshot of the "script error" you met.
