Good Day all,
After all the firmware updates they HD still go in hibernation, we want them online 24/7. We have put HD on never internal or external so no hibernation should occur. We have reset one Asustor complete and still same problem.
Any idea what we can do or will there be a new update that resolve this problem.

Sorry for the delay, since it was the national holidays from Feb 9 til Feb 17.
