Help - Volume Inaccesible

I have recently got a 606T, fully laden with 6x Seagate Barracuda 3TB disks under RAID 5. After it being in use and populated with my data, I cannot connect to any shares.
The Disk doctor says the volume is inaccessible but the disks are Inactive. I cannot afford to reinitialize the disk array as I cannot lose the data, please help !!

and yes it has the latest firmware.1.0.4.RBU2

Hi,
SSH is enabled, but you will need to tell me specifically what it is you need from me as I am unfamiliar with the NAS. Is it just my external IP address you need?
