RAID5 expansion limitation?

Is there any limitation for RAID5 volume capacity when expanding by adding a disk?

Example. In 8 disk station I will have 6 pcs. 3 TB disks in RAID5 which gives 13.4 TB (2.68 x 5). If I add one more 3 TB disk (2.68 TB real capacity) resulting total capacity after expansion would be 16.08 TB. Can it be done with no problem?

Hi jurass,

We don't have limitation for RAID 5 volume capacity expansion by adding a disk.
thus, just add a disk to your RAID 5 volume if you like to expand capacity. :D
