Update from 2.2.2RBB1 not working

Dear all,

I got a old AS-608T with the ADM 2.2.2RBB1.
Now I want to update the ADM OS. I already find in this forum, that I have to update to 2.4.1 ADM first and then go step by step higher.
The problem I have is, that I go to the GUI, click ADM Update, go to manuel update, choose the .img file, click yes and he says "updating" but nothing happens.
He says after 2 hours "updating". I tried it with other browser, but the same problem. I unplugged all the hard drives and put only one fresh harddrive, still not working.

Hope someone can help me.
