Western digital ret 4 TB

I have got a 4 tb western digital red hard drive. When my asustor 6102T nas go to sleep mode, my hard drive collapse, and my nas does not start, and i need to format my hard drive.

What is the problem?

open a case to asustor support if listed, buy another disk if not.
