AS1002T problem

Post by kkomarica »

Hi!

I have a big problem with my AS1002T NAS, it is not working. It seems that the wrong power supply was connected (19v instead of 12v).

My question is: If I buy a new AS1002T and connect the disks from the old NAS, would everything work as it should and would I see my ADM and all the data? (provided the disks are 100% ok)

Thanks!

Yes, new NAS should work as the same as the old one after you put those disks to the new NAS.

Thanks for your help!
Would everything work if I would put the disks from AS1002T to another Asustor NAS (AS3102T)?

In this case, your "data" should be ready immediately (including user / share settings). However you'll need to re-install your applications from ADM App Central.
