seagate 8TB ST8000DM002

Anyone here running the Seagate 8TB ST8000DM002 drives? Just curious if they working fine or if anyone had any issues? looking to getting a few of these and was looking for some input..
AS-5104T running stock memory;RAID 5 - 4x3TB Toshiba DT01ACA300;BIOS: v1.21 - ADM: 4.0.4.RQO2
AS-6204T running stock memory;RAID 5 - 3x8TB Seagate Ironwolf ST8000VN0022;BIOS: v2.23 - ADM: 4.0.4.RQO2

Why are you getting these old models?

Try SSD or SSHD versions.

I had the older version of 6gb. But the HDD was very slow. I'd recommend you to get it. Try Hybrid HDD, I am using it now and its very fast and reliable.

not sure 8TB SSD exist to the public yet and if they do I would neeed to sell my house to buy a few lol..

Haha, sure its going to be super expensive. No I am not saying go and buy 8TB SSD, but you can buy 8TB or 6TB SSHD.
