I see that Asustor like all NAS manufacturers would like you to purchase your memory upgrade from them. Like the geek I am I prefer to purchase my own memory. Has anyone tried using the following memory in the 6202T?
Crucial 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3L 1600 MT/s (PC3L-12800) SODIMM 204-Pin Memory - CT2KIT51264BF160B
Thanks for your help!

Re: AS6202T Ram
You should be able to see the specs of the ram on the product info pages. Buy the stuff that fits those specs and you should be good. I bought mine from Ebay for about 1/4 of the price Asustor wanted for their "branded" memory.
Shop around, save yourself some cash.

Re: AS6202T Ram
I got a AS6102T, and got myself the Crucial DDR3L-1600 SODIMM DC - 8GB: 2 x 4 GB (Dual Channel), SODIMM 204-pin, DDR3L, 1600 MHz / PC3L-12800, CL11, 1.35 V
That works great, and not even close to the price that ASUSTOR want for 8GB of ram.

Forgot about this post... Just an update for anyone else who may be wondering, yes you can use the aforementioned ram. It has been running perfectly in my 6202T from day one.
