AS6104T vs AS6204T LED Panel

Hi all,

Just bought a AS6104T and installed 4 x 4TB. I have it running since last night but I couln't figure out why the LCD panel did not display my IP address. Went looking for an APP that would light it up but to no avail. Oh boy, I just fell off my chair. I just saw in some comparison that the AS6104T DOES NOT have an LCD panel as in the AS6204T. Now I'm stuck with it and the store wont exchange it unless I shell in a restocking fee and then pay to upgrade to the AS6204T.

My questions:

1. Does my hardware support the LCD Panel ?

2. Would Asustor sell me an LCD Panel that I could install myself ?

Hi ccadieux,
1.For AS6104T doesn't support LCD Panel.
2. I think asustor cannot sell you LCD Panel, because front panel no control button.
You can use ACC looking for NAS. You will get IP address.
