How to Upgrade from Asustor AS3104T to NIMBUSTOR 4 (AS5304T) ?

I have an AS3104T, and am looking at upgrading to a NIMBUSTOR 4 (AS5304T). The AS3104T currently has 4 a 4TB WDC WD40EFRX-68WT0N0 drives setup in a RAID5 configuration, and I have a few apps installed (Sonarr, SABNZBd, etc.). I have about 8TB of files on the NAS

I have heard that if I take the drives out of the AS3104T and put them in the AS5304T, in the same order, then I do not have to reconfigure the NAS or any of the apps, or backup and restore files. Is it really that simple? Do I need to boot up the AS5304T without any drives in it first and do any sort of config first ?

Yes it's simple, but some verification must be done before migrating
