HDMI CEC support to contol Kody from tv remote

Hello,

I am NOT an expert in HDMI and CEC, but i do no understand why a Raspberry Pi 2 + Kodi has CEC support and Asustor AS5304 (Nimbustor 4) has NOT, when a Raspberry pi cost about $35 and a nimbustor 4 a lot more.

Well my question is:

How can i control Kodi (installed in Asustor and connected via HDMI) from my tv remote controller ?

Any HDMI adapter for CEC which support 4K ?

I think that PulseEight has no 4K support.

Any help of info or info or websites will be apreciated.
