my nas went completely crazy.

Post by CAPRICORNX10X »

my nas went completely crazy.
Just a few minutes ago I restarted the nas. And when he tries to get up he impresses me:
starting system
please wait
So I wait and wait and wait and then go into adm and see that nas is completely crazy he generally shows me that it is nas as6602t and not what I have that it is as6604t.
As a result he does not recognize two more hard disk bays!!! And I'm afraid my vloume 1 was completely destroyed as a result! I have a lot of important things there! !
And what I most do not understand is that I turned off the nas and it did not help. Has the same problem !!!

Your data might still be safe unless you proceed to perform something destructive like reinitialization. You can recover the data with some work but think it's best to contact Asustor support to know what happened actually to your NAS.
