Hello!
I choose NAS server and
want to know the compatibility of AS6404T with Seagate Exos x16 16Tb?
Can this HDD work inside this NAS?

You can check the compatible list on asustor official web site. I don't find this model from the list. It should mean not tested yet by asustor. I think you should send a support ticket to asustor to check it directly. https://support.asustor.com/

In the list of supporting HDDs i found Seagate Ironwolf, but there is
no Seagate Exos.
Does it mean that Asustor AS6404T wil not work with Exos line? Or it
means that it CAN work, but you didn`t test it and didn`t check
exactly this model, that`s why it is not in the list.

But this HDDs are very similar,and if AS6404T works with Ironwolf
16Tb, it should work also with Exos 16 Tb, isn`t it?

As you said, Ironwolf 16TB is tested, then Exos 16 Tb should highly possibly work.
