HI,
I have a problem with my NAS (304T) from the released ADM 3.0. One of my 4 HDD is faulty, and the status is degraded. After when I restart my NAS has a red LED is lighting continously and a green LED is blinking on that slot 3. LAst was same before restart, but on slot 4.
screenshots:
How to solve the problem?
thx

From what I can see based on your two screenshots, you had a bad disk in slot4 and should have replaced it at that point. When you did a reboot, disk in slot3 seems to have gotten an error and your RAID5 went down.. from that second screenshot i can see RAID5 is inactive (inaccessible). i would get in touch with support and see if they can manage to get your disk3 back online manually and bring the RAID5 back to active (degraded) state.. you can then try to replace the faulty disk4 first, let it rebuild and then replace disk3. not sure if this will work, and even if it does there might or might not be some data corruption...
