PHP 7.x and APCu - Anyone knows how to update them?

Post by KSHH »

Hi again guys,

Been searching my a** off, trying to find out, how to update PHP 5.6.30 on my AS5104, to PHP 7.x, but can't seem to find any methods on how to do it, so my last hope is that someone in here, have the skills or knowledge on how to do it. :)

Another problem i just had, was when i tried to install the latest beta version of vBulletin. When i tried to do so, i got this error:

Code: Select all

Your server is running a version of the //pecl.php.net/package/APCu/">Alternative PHP Cache (APC) that is incompatible with this version of vBulletin. Please upgrade APCu to version 5.1.5 or newer.
Might i be so lucky, that one of you awesome guys in here, knows how to update that too? :)

Best regards,

I have request in feature request forum to update this in future adm versions, I have open a support ticke too.

Without this fixes is it really suicide to host owncloud, Nextcloud etc.
