My nas Asustor as6202t have a problèm, when to connect in web i am a message "Initialize your NAS
No disks detected. You must install at least one disk before you can continue."
I would like to restore data file.
Do you have an idea?

without any contextual info ( disks already installed ? new NAS or already working NAS ? ), I can just give you the advice to follow the suggestion : install a disk in your NAS.

Hi,
The disks already installed, it is not a new nas, just we had lost connectivity ip,
I have use control center for search the nas, when to connect in web the message error "initialize....."

It looks like that ADM cannot detect the model: as6202t v.s. as0000t. You can try to reboot your NAS to see if it's working. Or it might be certain of hardware issues. I think you should send a support request to asustor. http://support.asustor.com/
