Cannot get FTP working.

Model: 1002T

Trying to get FTP working, port is redirected in the router, no problems.
Connections seems to be established but: Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing in Filezilla, Windows just says "Make sure you have permission to access that folder"
I cannot find anywhere to set a default folder, I'm blind?

Dang it, it helps if there is a NAT/Port forward for the passive ports.
Case closed.
