IRC server or client?

Is there anyway for me to get connected to IRC so i can always be connected on my Nas? I have seen services such as IRCCloud but they are extremely expensive for what it is. I want to figure out how to host a service like this on my nas. Anyone have any ideas? I did find an open source project on github. https://github.com/ircanywhere/ircanywhere

Install entware and ZNC is in there.

I installed entware but there is no app. Do i need to install it with a command line? Any idea what i type in?
