Folder encryption and media files

Hello,

When attempting to playback media files from encrypted folder via samba on laptop running win8 (VLC Player) the VLC Player flashes a storm of error messages. When doing the same from e.g the default MEDIA directory on the NAS, everything is running perfect (1080p). Guess it has to do with the encryption, but would have been nice to get it to work!

Any ideas?

VCL 2.0.1 + Win7 works perfectly for encrypted folders or non-encrypted folders....
