quick scan works, but full scan stops somehow at 70-80% with no result ...

any ideas?

I can only confirm that it is not a general bug: Full scan went through for both HDDs on my NAS. However, whereas the the first 10% got reached after only 2 seconds the last 10% needed 3,5 hours to complete! How long did you wait once it reached 70-80%? Does your NAS run 24/7? Is your scan "apparently" still running?
Your HDD is not on Asustor compatibility list. But as your HDDs are even larger than mine maybe it is only a matter of impatience on your side and a wrong display of completion within the storage manager?

bad block scan works, which also takes some time on 4tb.
