customer service is good, and the hardware seems great too. I hope they don't go down the same road as their competitors and start adding bells and whistles before they get the basics fully sorted. Its nice to say your nas supports 'x,y & z' but nicer to have a rock solid nas where 'b' isn't broken for some folks
