Changing RAID 0

I just setup my AS-608T and used a spare (tiny) 250GB drive, just so I could start with a couple of disks for setup. Now I'd like to remove the disk and replace it with something full-sized, but I can't figure out how. On Storage Manager, all of the buttons are greyed out. What gives? Am I stuck with this configuration?

1. How many disks that you have
2. the size of each disk

in the other thread (http://forum.asustor.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1590), I found that you configure the RAID volume in RAID 0
but RAID 0 does not support spare drive, may I know what would you like to configure your RAID volume?

Hi - right now I just have a 1.5TB and a 250GB drive in the RAID 0 pool. I also have (2) 3TB drives that are in the machine, but have not been able to add to the pool.

So you have 4 drives,

1 x 1.5 TB
1 x 250 GB
2 x 3 TB

spare drive has a size limits, it's size must equal or larger than the size of the disk in RAID 1/ RAID 5/ RAID 6/RAID 10
thus, you need to choose what kind of RAID level which you want to configure first

in my opinion, I would suggest you create a RAID 1 volume with 2 3 TB drives
by this configuration, you can move your important data to the RAID 1 volume (with data protection)
and you still can use your RAID 0 volume without wasting disk space.
