NFS mountd port identification

Post by donatsz »

I have a NAS sitting on vlan1 and I have a media device on vlan2. I want the media device access media stored on my NAS through firewall rules.
I set up port forwarded (111 and 2049) but can't identified mountd port to be able to let it through.
Is it a fix port or a dynamic one? If dynamic ho can I fix it? If it is fix how can I identify?

I did not try it. Here is the reference: https://serverfault.com/questions/37717 ... to-use-nfs

Port 111 (TCP and UDP) and 2049 (TCP and UDP)
Port 1110 (TCP and UDP)
Port 4045 (TCP and UDP)
