Remote mirroring through the internet

Hello there, is there a tutorial about how to backup (one way mirror) to asustor nas through the internet ?

In fact I want to mirror my office data to my home nas. What are my options ?

It depends on your local network environment which NAS locates. The simplest way should be: NAS enables EZ connect and installs EZ Sync Manager. Install Asustor EZ Sync software under your PC.
