Hi then I did the reset as you recommended and after the reset it works again.
But when I reset I also change the IP of the NAS there is a problem for me because I can no longer access my content on Plex.

When I reset I set this ip 192.168.1.10

I used the IP 192.168.1.17

now when i go to change the ip again in 192.168.1.17 again it doesn't work anymore Plex because it is configured on the ip 192.168.1.17

I need a lot of Plex I have a lot of content that I watch together with my family.

If you go into your router's settings you should be able to change it back. Look for 'DHCP' or 'DHCP Reservation', something like that.

Wait maybe you didn't understand what I meant.

I reset the NAS and changed the ip to 192.168.1.10
and everything seems to be going well

but then later another problem arises (even more serious for me) changing the ip address Plex no longer works as it has been configured with another ip and therefore I have to go back with the ip 192.168.1.17 but setting this ip .17 does not work all again on the ASUSTOR NAS.

I wanted to understand if it was possible to use the IP 192.168.1.10 which it gave me after the reset, however I would like to continue using Plex
without having to create a new server on Plex and upload all my files again.

from the links you gave me no I can't see my content it says unattainable.

I access Plex through Google Chrome.
but I also use Plex on Ipad, Smart TV, Smartphone and notebook.

As I said if it changes IP I can't see anything on Plex I have to use the IP 192.168.1.17
but with this IP I don't understand why it doesn't work on ASUSTOR

But http://192.168.1.10:32400/ doesn't work? And this is the one Asustor tries to use?

Or do both fail?
