how to share folder on home network?

Hi, I need to setup a folder for my wife's file and a folder to exchange files, so we don't have to use Dropbox. While I see my Asustor in my Win Explorer (network), I cannot see it on her computer. What am I missing. Sorry, I know this is a newb question, but help me out. What steps I need to do?
