Hi

I bought a generic ONVIF CCTV. It works fine for recording and playback, I can change the resolution. In fact most things work. However the PTZ doesn't seem to work through Surveillance Center. Do I need to set the PTZ to a specific protocol or is the some other config I might need to do?

The camera works just fine through the bespoke app delivered with the camera.

I think you can check the compatible list from asustor's official web site to see if your IPCam model is matched or not. If not, you should write a support ticket to asustor to ask them integrating it. But I believe it should take long time.
