EZ-Router setup doesn't works

Hey guys,
I'm new here so pls be honest
I have the following problem with my Asustor NAS(AS6204T):
Yesterday I had to reset my Router(Fritzbox 6490) to factory settings and since then the EZ-Router Setup and the Port-forwarding function between the devices doesn't works.
If I pushing the Activate button on the ADM\settings\Manual connect\EZ-Router tab, I'm getting the following message:
"Multiple routers detected. The router's external IP is different than the NAS's external IP. Please check your network environment first."
I'm deep in the dark now with this, before my router reset I haven't had this issue. Unfortunately i Cannot find any Infos about this.
The other functions like Easy-Connect, DDNS, etc. seems to be working fine.
The NAS\Router is running on the latest update.
