Problem whit IP 0.0.0.0

Hello Y have an ASUSTOR 6204T connected to Nas via WiFi dongle USB Asus Nano N10 connected via DHCP but in the LCD says mi IP IS 0.0.0.0 !!!
Y can't access to the Nas via iP assigned by the router EJ 192.168.1.143 no problem to access to the Nas but no control center Detectec !! No aivideo no aimaster no red detection !!
Y don't how fix the problem !!!

That should be caused by the wifi dongle. You'd better to send a support ticket to asustor directly.
