restore a full backup

I am the happy owner of an AS6604T

But now I run into a practical problem
What is the procedure to restore a full backup with permissions and folders
Snapshot is not possible because the hard disks have been erased.
How do you backup your snapshots externally?
In my ADM file Explorer there are no snapshots on the volume, so I can't backup them externally either
according to the manual you can see and manage them. not with me.

How do I get snapshot access in File Explorer !

Who knows suitable answers to this, it has happened to me twice now that I have to copy everything back piece by piece
