I still cannot answer whether it helped to solve this problem or not. The person who asked for help did not answer.

Strange don't have this on my AS5202T ???
please print here result of uname -a

and ask Asustor to add your device in the module ... or update to the version provide in your post.

I am in travel up to end of next week, so without easy access to my NAS.
