Adding a Printer connected to NAS in Windows 10?

Are there any updated guides on adding a Printer to a NAS as a Network printer?

I read these 2 guides:

I'm not able to detect the printer in windows.
One the NAS, I don't see any details about the printer other that ADM detects it.

How do I go about setting it up?
