When will ADM offer proper virtualization

Is there any plan to offer virtualization like Synology's 'Virtual Machine Manager?

Virtual box is useless as flash is no longer supported.

And before I am flamed I know it has Docker, and I do use it, but I am specifically wanting to have a copy of Windows 10 to spin up in browser, on demand.
