Hello. I bought a nas AS 6102. I have initialized it. When I access the gui, it asks me to update the firmware. I accept the operation, then it asks me for a confirmation but after I clicked on ok, the work does not continue. It seems that clicking on 'Ok' has no effect. I tried to change the browser. It behaves like this even if I try to restore the factory values. Some idea?

I solved the problem by reading another post.
The problem occurs when version 2.6.6.RCF2 is installed on the nas and you are using Firefox (87.0 - 64 bit) or Chrome Version 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (64-bit) of Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 Build 19042.867.
I have installed the AiMaster application for Android on my smartphone.
I have updated the firmware with that.
After the first update, I did all the others with a web browser (mozilla firfox) and everything worked.
