Issue Opening Ticket

Has anyone had issues opening up a ticket. I keep on getting the below when submitting. I have all fields filled out and tried all Departments

Yes, I tried both logged-in and not logged-in and I get the same errors.

I just sent a test ticket. It worked without problems.
Your picture shows that you did not login, and you did not select one of "Departments"...

Below are all screenshots showing how I tried submitting the ticket Login and selecting a Department. I am still getting the errors :(

mm... I tried the fields that you filled (except that I did not fill "n/a"). It worked. I think you can try to remove "n/a" and leave them as blank.

I tried with removing all the "n/a" and leave them as blank, only filling out the fields with the red * and I still get the same errors. I even tried submitting the ticket with a different computer and I still get the same errors. Also I cleared all cookies and history before submitting.

Sounds weird. The only possible case (I guess) is your login credential. Their support system might be picky for some characters. I think you can try to create another google mail account with simple characters to have another trial.
On the other hand, I think you can report this "ticketing" issue to asustor through: https://www.asustor.com/about/contact_f ... iry_type=3
