Created new certificate SSL Certificate but old one still being used

Through some trouble I was able to create my new SSL Certificate through the ADM Settings system, however my NAS is still using my old expired one when I connect to websites. Does anyone know the manual way to clean up certificates via the command line?

If I try and set the new certificate to default through ADM I get this error, "Cert id not exist (Ref. 5005)"
