Wish you a happy Christmas.
I'm trying to initialize my Nas(AS-302T), but during initialization process(One click installation or specific one ), total capacity shows only '--'. So I couldn't proceed initialization.
I already installed latest ADM when I first installed HDD on Nas as per pop up window.
So I believe there is no problem on HDD recognition.
Does anybody knows solution or any required actions on this situations?

Re: HDD list/Volume does not activated during initialization
I installed single HDD only.
I tired with my WD 1T(WD1001FALS, Caviar Black), WD 10T(White from Elements), and Samsung SSD 1T(860 evo, MZ-76e1T0).
And all of those three storages were failed to initialization.
I always succeed to install ADM every time I tried with new HDD or SSD.
And on Initialization step after rebooted, according to below picture from Asustor help page, Total capacity of my HDD should be shown.
But on my case, it shows only '--'. So I couldn't go to next step.

Re: HDD Total capacity does not activated during initialization
Sorry I still don't understand, because you said you already installed the latest ADM? Are you trying to use another hdd in the 2nd bay as a single hdd? Show some of your screenshots not from Asustor. Else it's better for you to contact Asustor directly, https://support.asustor.com/.

Re: HDD Total capacity does not activated during initialization(SOLVED)
It was due to explorer. I tried it with chrome, and I successfully finish the initialization.
Thank you for your advice.
