MariaDB Server "gone"

Hi!

After update to the last ADM version, i can't see anymore in ADM -> Services the option MariaDB Server (gone). Now i can't start Photo Gallery and the App AiFoto doesn't work! What i can do?

MariaDB Version: 10.0.28.r28 is in App Central.

MariaDB is installed but is gone from ADM -> Services menu...

Now, after reinstall MariaDB and Photo Gallery i got this mensage:

"Photo Gallery upgrade failed during SQL migration. You can refresh this page to try and upgrade again. If this message continues to show up, please contact ASUSTOR support for help."

Don't have the option in ADM -> Services about MariaDB Server.

You can find options under ADM web -> MariaDB (rather than ADM -> Services).

My Photo Gallery is just fine. Not sure what's the problem you encountered. You should contact to asustor support to check it.

Hi!

I can't do anything in ADM Web -> MariaDB, about enable or disable. I can´t open Photo Gallery because i get "Photo Gallery upgrade failed during SQL migration. You can refresh this page to try and upgrade again. If this message continues to show up, please contact ASUSTOR support for help." And is impossible to use the App AiFoto.

There is any Asustor online help? First time i need some help on Asustor.

So, when you click on the MariaDB icon in web portal to set your port number and enable EZ-Connect port forwarding you don't see this message?
"This service and its port forwarding has been successfully enabled. You can connect to it via EZ-Router"

Yes i can see that message. And i have it enable (EZ-Router).
In ADM -> Services -> MariaDB Server (i don't have this anymore) i could enable and disable MariaDB. Now i don't have this option.

MariaDB Server has been removed from Services to its own app in App Central -> Installed - where it can be enabled or disabled.

You can enable / disable MariaDB under ADM web -> App Central. You can contact to asustor support here: https://support.asustor.com/

By the way, re-initializing database is another way that you can try.
