I activated hibernation hard drive Log.
How to read it ?
I just and only installed MariaDB (no user, DB empty ...)
and my hard drives don't hibernate anymore

The results from the tool shows the read/write activities from available processes within the specific period. That's about it. Might be useful to see which app that's hogging the sleep time.
As long as you have apps installed, the disks will most probably not go to sleep. See my reply here https://forum.asustor.com/viewtopic.php ... 387#p45354.
