Back to Factory Default without access to ACC

Post by lmugarte »

Hi,

Is there any way to back to factory default and format all the HDs, without access to ACC ?

I have been trying to reboot without the HDs installed, but the process always stopped at "building folders" process with a 5051 error

I have a backup of all my data, so no problem to format everything

My NAS is a asustor as1002t V2

Thanks for any help!

That way should be the most clean installation procedure. It could result from disk error. Try install another disk after no-disk boots up.
The other way: If your NAS can still boot up (when disks installed), try ADM -> Settings -> Reset to default. Or you should send a support ticket to asustor.
