asustor vs qnap

Hello! I am awaiting have - 5002t he should be available in Canada soon, but by means of reading I have decider to go towards him have - 5102t but if asustor is not available by the end of February I go and look at the qnap ts-251 with 4 gi of RAM you think that it would be a good substitute in as-5102 t?
