USB ports - types

Variety of USB ports.
4 on back and one on front.
2 upper ones on back are said to be 3.0 types. 2 lower ones on back are 2.0. Is that correct?
However the one on the front with the indicator light appears to be a 3.0 but is not mentioned in the manual. Please advise. Anything special about that port?
