Hi. Looking at the Lockerstor 4 AS6604T, can I mix and match drives?

It depends on how you configure. If you setup RAID-5 with 4 disks, you'd better choose 4 disks with the same size.

With any RAID, you can use drives of different sizes but the RAID will only use the capacity of the smallest drive across all the drives; the remainder of the larger drives will be wasted.
If you're not using RAID then you can use whatever drives sizes you want.
