More options for FTP

Hi!

I wish for more options on FTP.

Today I can't FORCE TLS, I wish it to not allow plain text. Even the possibility for Implicit FTP would be nice.
I also wish I could even activate SFTP for other users other than admin and root.

Hello!

I agree with linuxares.
I also would like Asustor to implement the function to force TLS.
Since proftpd is used on Asustor NAS, it could be achived, I think.
