Kodbox seems to be a tier application (not an Asustor APKG) ... so support and help must be done by the provider ... except for the small part when Asustor provide software are needed.
Kodbox target the Chinese people, translation are incomplete, help don't exist in foreign language (or I don't discover it), folder and some page in Web site are only in Chinese (even other language choice)
Install work as well AppCentral (the update) or direct from latest version) ... but not usable for non Chinese people.
I suggest you to go to any forum or community managed by KodboxCloud, especially for plugin requiring to pay.
Owncloud or Ajaxplorer are good alternatives, even each select the best tool for it own usage and depends of your requirement.
