Hello !

Even ADM is based on Linux, and the outside threats could be lower .... some antivirus / antimalware will be appreciated.
On QNAP some vulnerabilities was on some photo app, combined with no firmware upgrade on time ... and all NAS was compromised ...
Now NAS have a lot of software capabilities connected with outside world - cloud / streaming / backup / VM and others ... Threats are on this environment
Claim AV is a joke right now and outdated.

100% agree.

A free antivirus/antimalware is needed to be a serious NAS company.
