AS4004T: Automatically start NAS when task is pending

There is the possibility div create task to be called automatically. Unfortunately, the user must always pay attention to whether the NAS is online at this time.
So you have to manually check and adjust task and switch-on times. In case of changes, unfortunately, you usually have to make changes in two places

It would be nicer and more comfortable if the NAS automatically starts in time for a taks and possibly also down again without the user having to take care of it.

Not sure I understand fully your request ...
BUT from the client :
... you can use Wake On Lan to awake the NAS (check using any services available to know when all is up)
... then send your command
... at end generate a poweroff or use the sleep (S3) mode and define period when NAS can enter in sleep mode ... (WoL also can awake a sleep system)

BUT at all a NAS is build to run 24/24 7/7 ... so with just hibernate disk ... you can use it for long time (all of mine are up 24/24 7/7 from years)

At end if you know at what time you want to launch some program ... use the power schedule mechanism to up your NAS at a define day / hour
